Arrow upThe board of Trustees provides overall strategic direction with particular focus on governance, organizational development, resource mobilization, audit, and risk management. The board of Trustee is made up of members from sister countries of operation. Each sister country program is governed by a trustee committee.
Each Country trustee committee oversees the in-country operation by ensuring compliance with the: Child rights Protection Standards, Strategic development plan, International standards of financial stewardship, National regulatory frameworks, Donor related standards, Fostering Professional working environment standards; and Risk management.
Based on the approved constitution, bye laws and management charter for sister country organizations; the Executive Director works with National Directors who provide oversight support to country program teams in a compliance to the highest standards possible as stipulated in the humanitarian code of conduct and generally acceptable principle of cooperate governance.

Hold the Child family is composed 4 major categories
• The Senior Management Team includes the Executive Director, National Directors, Programs Directors, Operations & Compliance Directors, HR managers.
• The Mid-level Management includes Thematic Technical Team Leaders, Finance Managers, Program Associates, Procurement & Logistics, Operations and Security Officers, Program Associates, IT Systems Officers, Area Coordinators and Monitoring & Learning Officers.
• The Front-line Teams includes Project Officers, Administrative Assistants, Project Assistants, Facilitators, Case Workers and Community Mobilisers; who work with community support structures and community based networks based on the project designs.
• The Support staff includes Cleaners, Drivers, Cooks, Security Guards; who take care of our offices and equipment
